Should I sign up now, or wait until I have a problem?
We recommend establishing support now, so that our team can get to know you and better support you if something comes up. In addition, once you become a member, you’ll be able to access a coach 24/7 anytime, anywhere. Our Virtual Developmental team is always available if you need advice in the middle of the night, and as a member, you can also use our mobile app to request support for common concerns.

I'm already a One by Integral Productivity member – will I get reimbursed for my membership?
Yes. You can apply your company code to your existing membership and receive a prorated refund for the original membership fee you paid. To apply the code, click here and follow the prompts. If you have questions or need help, email hello@integralproductivity.com.
My company extends the One by Integral Productivity benefit to spouses and/or dependents, how do they register?
Spouses and dependents can follow the same activation instructions as you did. Your partner and/or dependents will need to register as individuals, which creates their personal developmental records. You can help your eligible dependents set up their account, but they will need to accept the terms of service themselves.
What happens to my One by Integral Productivity membership if I leave my company?
The employer-sponsored membership is only available to employees of select organizations. If you leave your company, you’ll receive an email from One by Integral Productivity alerting you that your employer-sponsored membership will be ending. However, you can choose to continue your membership by paying the membership fee.
How does One by Integral Productivity work with my professional development budget?
One by Integral Productivity is a coaching and developmental support provider partnering with your employer. We will bill you or your employer for the session depending on the agreed plan. The amount you owe depends on the specific benefit you have with your company.
